Support Requests Do you need help with something on the website? You can submit your request for help here! But there are a few things that I would like to mention before you actually do, some guidelines.
First off, you need to have a descriptive title that sort of informs me about what your problem is. Then, in the post itself, you need to give me as much detail as possible, such as providing links and examples of where you are experiencing your problem. This is so I can easily determine the best way to help you. Okay?
Secondly, don't bring petty issues to this support center. This is only for forum-related problems, such as member issues, posting issue, etc. If you are having personal problems, phone a friend who actually knows you because we don't know you. Or if it's entirely necessary, I'll create an advice forum where we can discuss our problems.
Thirdly, feel free to help out fellow members if you know how to help them with their problem. However, if this is a member/member problem, leave it to me to handle. I don't need members trying to tell other members what to do. Leave it to the staff to instruct.
There you have it, short and sweet, three rules for submitting your support requests. Now have at it!
